The Maturity number

The Maturity number โ€” sometimes called the Reality or Power number โ€” is the one number in your chart that is not really about who you are now. It is about who you are becoming. It stays quiet through your twenties and thirties, then grows steadily louder from around 35 to 50, until by the second half of life it has become the dominant note.

It is formed by fusing the two halves of your chart: the Life Path you were born onto and the Destiny written into your name. What emerges is a kind of distilled purpose โ€” the thing the first half of life was quietly preparing you for.
