Universal Year Number
The single-digit number for the current calendar year, shared by all of humanity — indicating the collective energetic theme of that year.
The Universal Year Number is calculated by reducing the digits of the calendar year to a single digit (or master number). Unlike the Personal Year, which is individual, the Universal Year applies to everyone — it describes the collective backdrop against which all personal numerological cycles play out.
2026 is a Universal Year 1 (2+0+2+6=10→1), the opening of a new global nine-year cycle focused on new beginnings, fresh starts and pioneering action. 2025 was Universal Year 9 (completion); 2027 will be Universal Year 2 (partnership).

How to calculate
Add all digits of the calendar year. Reduce to single digit or master number. 2026: 2+0+2+6=10→1+0=1.
